Ok, so I've been getting back into the groove of working out again even though I absolutely despise it. My parents have a treadmill so I've been going over there after work to work out. Today I decided to do one of those preset programs...this was an aerobic one. It was 30 minutes with a max mph of 6.5 and a max incline of 3. There was a good 10-12 minutes where I had to run nonstop and while I did take a handful of 10-15 second breaks, I think I did pretty good. For me to even run two minutes straight is quite the accomplishment! And I felt better after I finished...a little sweaty, but good.

I despise it too--especially running!
Good Job girl! I know running is really hard but it does amazing things to the body. Proud of you for sticking to it, especially when you don't carry around a big fat ass like me lol! : )
